Returns and Exchanges
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply email us at info@meltinghearts.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please quote your order number, name, address and daytime telephone number.
We will email you back with a returns number for you to complete the returns form found in your delivery. Please send this back to us within 7 days of receipt of the returns number.
We will refund you within 7 days of receipt of your return, or if requested, exchange you item, charging for any additional cost.
Repairs
We make sure that every piece leaves us in perfect condition, but sometimes jewellery falls victim to daily life. All our pieces can be repaired no matter when you purchased them. Simply email us at info@melthinghearts.co.uk and we will contact you to arrange the repair.
