We believe jewellery shopping should be a pleasurable and fun experience. Browse through our website in the comfort of your own home and simply place your order using our online payment system via PayPal. There is no need to have a PayPal account, simply follow the on screen instructions to make your payment.

Our jewellery is made to standard designs and sizes, but if you want something special, larger or smaller sizes or a different combination, we offer a bespoke service.

We are based in south-west London and are happy to welcome personal callers on appointment.

Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is hand made with great care using the finest materials. By treating Melting Hearts jewellery with care and love you can expect many years of wear. Here are some suggestions to ensure your jewellery stays in perfect condition:
Store your jewellery in the individual soft bags they are supplied to stop them being scratched
Do not use an ultrasonic cleanser or harsh chemical cleaners

Opaque stones and pearls
Wipe with moist cloth (soft dry cloth for pearls) after each wearing to remove dust and body oil. Protect against hairspray, perfume and cosmetics. Avoid coming into contact with soap and water.

Transparent stones
Use a tiny amount of mild liquid soap with water and a soft non metallic brush to clean, rinse and dry with a soft cloth

Silver
Use a soft polishing cloth and avoid using any chemicals on pieces combined with stones

Gold vermeil
Do NOT use a silver polishing cloth as it may affect the gold overlay. For severe tarnishing or cleaning use a gold polishing cloth, but repeated use with spoil the surface. To remove a water spot use a window cleaner on a soft cloth and wipe the spot.
